Hello my St. Jude friends:

Great news regarding this past weekends 50/50 Raffle at the Festival.

First, thank you to Mayor Jennings for his support!!!! It was his idea to cut his hair and donate his hair to "Locks of Love" and the proceeds to go to Quincy St. Jude. Thank you Jim!!!!!!!!!!

Also thank you to Kevin and Peggy Houston organizers of the festival for the opportunity to sell tickets. They were great to work with.

Our total sales were $843.00, with 50% going to the winner. The winner, Lynn Vollrath of Atlas, Illinois. She did cut the Mayors hair and donated her share of her winnings back to Quincy St. Jude!!!!!! God Bless Her. So our work resulted in a deposit of $843.00.

Also, I big thanks to Quincy Farm and Home supply for donating the aprons  for the 50-50 event.   There generosity allowed us to easily keep track on all the tickets and money. 

Lastly,  I would like to thank all who helped sell tickets. We had great help and lots of fun.
